The name
Why a macaw
The name comes from the scarlet macaw, the lapa of Costa Rica's Pacific coast: colorful, clever and sociable. We took its personality and its colors.
Our mascot, the friendly macaw, is the face of the brand: it's there so you feel at ease whether you're renting a car for a week or just asking for a massage.
